La formation des guides de montagne : un enjeu de sécurité

Abstract : The French mountain guides, with just over 1,700 professionals, are at the origin of a worrying accidentology, both from a human point of view and for the future of the profession. For more than 15 years, the two main institutions have tried to explore the bases of the profession to better imagine future transformations. In this paper, we will present the first results of a research aiming to better understand the real activity of mountain guides and their initial training. Mainly, we will see why and how this analysis of their activity allows us to query professional didactics.
