Conception d'un dispositif de rotation de postes : exemple d'une nouvelle configuration de la participation

Abstract : This communication presents a research-action methodology based on the design of a job rotation system built with the participation of all workers in the slaughter sector in a slaughterhouse of cattle in the western part of the stat, São Paulo in Brazil. The company appealed to UNESP (State University of São Paulo) with the initial request to consider the introduction of the job rotation in the slaughter sector. In a context where participatory approaches often use representative working groups, a more democratic methodology was used with 100% of the workers in the sector in question to give voice to operators who are not often used to the opportunity to use it at work. The objective is to discuss the benefits and limitations and learn from them for organizational design projects.
