Quand l’activité s’affranchit des frontières spatiales et temporelles : le cas des éducateurs spécialisés nomades

Abstract : Mobility, telework, digital nomadism are changing work organizations resulting in flexibility of space and time. Based on ongoing research in the social sector, this paper proposes to understand the implications of nomadic work and the package day arrangement on the work organization of specialized educators. We will start by laying the epistemological based on which our analysis is based and then we will try to show how these time-space modalities are artifacts of activity.
