Developmental intervention at work: a comparison between two perspectives on activity
L'intervention en questions : comparaison entre deux approches développementales
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to trigger a dialogue between two perspectives on activity, the clinic of activity (Clot, 1999) and the cultural-historical activity theory (Engeström, 1987), and that on both, practical and theoretical level. We identify shared assumptions and tensions between these two models and to highlight implications for workplace interventions.
L'objectif de cette communication est d'instruire un dialogue entre deux conceptualisations de l'activité, la clinique de l'activité (Clot, 1999) et la théorie de l'activité historico-culturelle (Engeström, 1987) et cela tant à un niveau pratique (c'est-à-dire sur le plan de l'action) qu'à un niveau théorique. Dans ce cadre, nous identifierons les points de convergence et de tension entre ces deux conceptualisations et cherchons à expliciter les choix d'actions qu'elles sous-tendent.
