Construire sa méthode d’analyse de l’activité entre intervention en clinique de l’activité et recueil de données de recherche

Abstract : Whether it is intervention or research intervention in work and organizational psychology, producing an effect for the improvement of working conditions is essential. It is built around methods that aim either to understand transforming, or to transform to understand work situations. In the work clinic, two approaches are opposed. One which is positioned on an intervention without research ulterior motives where the movement of the trade takes precedence, the other which defends a fine understanding of the workplace before the action by not losing sight of the data collection. The purpose of this communication is therefore to report on experience in constructing an activity analysis method that combines these two approaches. We will begin by presenting these two traditions and the ways out to build a method that brings together intervention and research. Finally, the postures of intervenors and researchers to be adopted methodical and located.
