Construire des ordonnancements du personnel robustes : une approche ergonomique

Abstract : Scheduling -that is to say the allocation (under constraints) of resources to tasks -is a distributed design activity. Due to the unstable and uncertain nature of production environments, schedulers aim to design "robust" schedules, i. e. schedules that resist to disruptions. A study of a personnel scheduling activity in a commercial context shows that robustness is dynamically built on the basis of collective strategies implemented by the schedulers of different levels. The robustness thus takes different forms and concerns different temporalities.
