Résumé
Collaborative robotics (or cobot) is presented as one of the means to accompany the transition to "factories of the future".This paper is based on the first stage of a research project on the integration of cobot in French industrial SMEs. In this paper, we are interested in the decision-making processes of SMEs included in this approach as well as the consequences of these decisions on work. This research will focus on two axes: an analysis of decision-making and managerial processes implemented by SMEs and an analysis of the consequences of these transitions in terms of work transformations. The strategy of this exploratory phase is to conduct interviews with leading experts in industrial research and decision makers, SME managers. These expected results will contribute to the understanding of the project manage-ment of SME managers and the analysis of the work and its evolutions related to the integra-tion of cobot within the productive apparatus.The perspective of this research is to contribute to enrich the work existing on the work and its development at the heart of the Factory of the Future.
La robotique collaborative (ou cobot) est présentée comme un des moyens pour accompagner la transition vers des «usines du futur». Cette communication s’appuie sur la première étape d’une recherche portant sur l’intégration de cobot dans des PME industrielles françaises. Dans ce papier, nous nous intéressons aux processus décisionnels des PME inscrites dans cette démarche ainsi qu’aux conséquences de ces décisions sur le travail. Cette recherche va s’orienter autour de deux axes : une analyse des processus décisionnels et managériaux mis en œuvre par des PME et une analyse des conséquences de ces transitions en termes de transformations du travail. La stratégie de cette phase exploratoire est de mener des entretiens avec des experts prescripteurs de la recherche industrielle et des décideurs, dirigeants de PME. Ces résultats attendus iront contribuer à la compréhension des conduites de projet des dirigeants de PME et à l’analyse du travail et de ses évolutions en lien avec l’intégration de cobot au sein de l’appareil productif. La perspective de cette recherche est de contribuer à enrichir les travaux existant sur le travail et son développement au cœur de l’Usine du Futur.
