Vis(se) ma vis : étude d'un dispositif pédagogique d'entreprise simulée pour s'exercer à l'analyse ergonomique du travail

Abstract : This paper presents an exploratory research on a training system placing Master of ergonomics learners in practical immersion in a simulated firm. The objective of this system is the learning of the ergonomic analysis of work and the formalization of a diagnosis, the basis of ergonomist practice. It allows learners to practice in a secure context the uses of tools and methods of ergonomic work analysis. Two main results are presented : This device seems to favor the acquisition of knowledge to act on situation. In an other way, it structures the pedagogical progression, beyond the framework of the device itself (construction of a common reference framework, evaluation and follow-up of learners’ needs ...).
