Modalités et enjeux actuels de la participation des agents dans une grande collectivité territoriale. Le cas de deux interventions

Abstract : This paper is about different methods of employee participation, implemented in a technical direction of a big local authority. Two interventions in the field are discussed: one in ergonomics and one in activity clinic approach. Both of them are based on a limited number of participants but a closer study of the work. In such, they could be against a trend of methods, embedded in policy issues, where the primary aim is to deploy wide-ranging consultations and to promote a form of democracy at work. Conversely, in the two interventions presented, efficiency and transformation of work are replaced at the hub of the participatory process.
