De la définition théorique du haut potentiel intellectuel (HPI) aux conséquences pratiques
Abstract
The gifted was defined for the first time by Terman (1925) as characterizing children with a much higher than average IQ, a definition that is the subject of a certain consensus today, but not unanimous that this either in research or in practice. From this definition directly derive the criteria for identifying the gifted. The lack of uniqueness poses a number of problems that will be examined. Then some recommendations will be proposed.
