Abstract : The career social cognitive theory (Lent, 2008) is used to examine self-regulation processes in a jobapplication accompaniment program. 165 people completed a multiple dimensions questionnaire assessing job-application representations and satisfactions. Results prove an effect of career and job-application self-efficacy, future job outcome expectations and job achievement barriers on career goals and perceived progresses during the program. Perceived progresses influence received accompaniment satisfaction and perceived utility and interest for collective activities.
