The text discusses an article concerning the analysis of a welding work process for nuclear engineering (Maggi, Rulli, 2014) which shows in detail how the method used allows the connection between the interpretation of organizational choices made by workers and the biomedical interpretation of the impact of these choices on the health and safety of the subjects concerned. The discussion is carried from the point of view of the clinic of activity in occupational psychology.

Le texte discute notamment celle un article concernant l’analyse d’un processus de travail de soudure pour l’ingénierie nucléaire (Maggi, Rulli, 2014) qui montre de manière détaillée comment la méthode utilisée permet la connexion entre l’interprétation des choix organisationnels conduite par les travailleurs et l’interprétation biomédicale des retombées de ces choix sur la santé et la sécurité des sujets concernés. La discussion est portée depuis le point de vue de la clinique de l'activité en psychologie du travail.
