Exo-financement et projets de développement, quels types de formalisation ? Analyse de projets financés par les diasporas ivoiriennes, maliennes, sénégalaises

Abstract : The objective of this thesis is to analyse and demonstrate "Exo-financing", i.e. remittances from migrants and diasporas, as an essential contribution to the development of their countries of origin; and this, in paraxiale with official development assistance (ODA). In other words, it is a question of answering the following question: "Is "Exo-financing" also a "diplomacy" of development? Our research work was based on surveys, interviews with diaspora associations and field surveys and the exploration of certain databases. The corpus on which our analysis is based was established on the evaluation reports of projects financed by official development assistance. This work makes it possible to identify a number of projects and investments made by migrants and diasporas in their countries of origin, particularly in West Africa. And with arguments and evidence, we can say that this is clear evidence that "Exo-financing" is an essential support for development.
