Double stimulation, apprentissage expansif et développement de l’activité de pilotage d’un institut universitaire

Abstract : This paper aims to describe the implementation of a developmental method of Change Laboratory in the framework of a request formulated by a steering team of a university institute. We describe the theoretical framework of the cultural-historical theory of activity in which we operate and highlight the methodological and epistemological principle of double stimulation. The results of this ongoing study show 9 sources of systemic contradictions identified by the actors. The discussion will focus on the nature of the artefacts mobilized within the framework of double stimulation and on the role of the ergonomist in such a methodological framework
