Qualité construite en neurologie : stratégies pour l'organisation des soins infirmiers

Abstract : This paper presents the way in which nurses manage constraints and requirements in order to achieve care quality in a hospital context. Healthcare quality is understood and analyzed as a three-dimensional and collective process of action, of meaning and of organization. Results show that nurses implement different organization strategies for their activity, in order to accommodate quality requirements as set by the organization and quality requirements as designed by nurses. In order to achieve quality, nurses collaborate actively with patients and colleagues in order to deliver prescribed treatments, taking care to each patient according to their needs and the variability of their disease.
