Positions d'encadrants et possibilités de gestion temporelle par des chefs de culture

Abstract : This communication is based on research in small horticultural enterprises. It aims to demonstrate how the distance of local supervisors to cultural and sales decisions can make their work more difficult by staining and complicating the time frames of their activity. Based on the activity analysis of two supervisors in contrasting positions, we study the complex temporal management they deploy. Their need for access to an extended temporal field is highlighted. Difficulties related to limited access to cultural decisions are described in terms of risks for themselves and for the workers they supervise, as well as for the quality of production. The recommendations deal with the visibility of their activity and needs, with a view to enhance their possibilities of cooperation with their own manager.
