Les comités de suivi de thèse : quel vécu expérientiel pour les doctorants ?

Abstract : The creation of follow-Up PhD committees in the training of PhD students in French higher education in 2016 has allowed researchers to pay new attention to the way in which PhD students construct their research work and write their thesis. Based on their perception of the doctoral students’work and advances in writing, the research directors of the committees offer the doctoral students remarks and advice. This paper reports our research attempt to understand how doctoral students experience the csts and to identify what the training issues of cst could be for them. A qualitative survey was carried out among 14 doctoral students and 3 PhDs in an educational sciences laboratory hosting 32 doctoral students. This article constitutes a first piece of research that is still little invested in scientific research.
